Speed reducers MPM1 – MPM7

The supply for the speed reducers MPM1 ÷ MPM7 foresees:

– Casing in steel Fe430B electrowelded fully worked at perfect oil seal, shaped and ribbed to increase at maximun its rigidity.
After welding the casing is submitted to stress relieving of the weldings and sandblasting Besides, the casing will have inspection doors, oil vapours breather plugs of the type dustproof, oil charge/crain plugs, levelling screws, attacks for the hoisting and transport.

-Bushes support bearings (where it is possible their insertion), where it is necessary eccentric to optimize the contact of the couples gears .

– Closing covers

– Rolling bearings of first mark (TIMKEN-SKF- FAG-NSK) – duration >25.000 hours at maximum torque

– Conical couples at Klingelnberg toothing

– Cylindrical gears at helical toothing in alloy casehardened steel (carburized) with involute profile ground

– Forced lubrication with connections of delivery/return oil coming from your central.

– The reducer will have internal tubes with sprayers and on the delivery will be assembled the follows: flow indicators Kobold with faucets, measurers of delivery oil flow Kobold with faucets, manometer, filter in line at “Y”, Barksdale pressure switch with faucet for the control of the lubrication of gears and bearings.

Besides each reducer will be complete for the lubrification of:
– flow meters for each bearing and gear
– flow switches with electric signal
– all the supports of the bearings are foreseen for the application of a sensor for vibration control
