Shaft in hardened and tempered steel 36CrNiMo4 EN 10083 > 240 HB with the drive pinion at right toothing in forged casehardened steel 30NiCrMo8 EN 10083 > 280 HB with profile of teeth ground and opportunely longitudinally corrected to avoid loads concentrations.
– After the forging and the roughing the piece will be checked at 100% at ultrasounds
– After the grinding, the profile of teeth will be checked at magnaflux and penetrant liquids
– Quality 6 according to DIN 3962
– Dimensions according to your drawing FR13474
