Forced-feed lubrication on reducer consisting of:
– Gear motor pump placed on anti-vibration supports
– Supply oil filter with electric clogging gauge
– Pressure gauge with cut-out
– Minimum pressure switch
– Calibrated flow indicator
– Water/oil heat exchanger with automatic thermostatic valve
– Internal/external pipe with sprayers and relief valve
– Calibrated thermostat with electric contacts and capillary for checking maximum temperature of oil in reducer casing
– Platinum RTD (PT100 sensor) for checking temperature on bearings

– Weight of reducer = approx. 18.500 kg.
