Forced-feed lubrication via our unit complete with all the control accessories where all the components listed below are kept on a single containment plate:
– 2 gear motor pumps, one in standby for the other
– 1 water/oil heat exchanger
– 1 duplex filter with electric optical clogging gauges
– 1 flow indicator with adjustable minimum flow
– 1 pressure switch for checking the minimum oil pressure
– 5 PT100 RTD sensors for checking the temperature on the bearings
– Various pressure gauges and dial thermometers for local checking of pressure and temperature
– Relief and one-way valves, pipes, fittings, bellows that compensate for thermal expansion and anything else needed to connect the unit to the reducer
– Weight of reducer = approx. 5,000 kg.
